Michael Stahl is a journalist, writer and editor based in Queens, New York, and the co-author of Big Sexy: Bartolo Colón In His Own Words, published by Abrams Books.

Michael has written for the likes of Rolling Stone, Vice, New York Magazine, Bloomberg, the Village Voice, Quartz, Outside Magazine and many more publications. He has covered the arts and culture, sports, business, technology, history, politics, health, relationships, real estate and other topics. He’s also held various editorial staff positions at Narratively, InsideHook, Mic, the Brooklyn Eagle, TVNewsCheck and elsewhere. He’s a top ghostwriter for the biography-writing platform StorySavor and frequent contributor to Associated Press Buyline, where he writes about consumer insights.
